Bookings are generally Saturday to Saturday during our high season. However, mid-week arrivals and shorter stays will always be considered depending on availability so please enquire.

Discounts are available for guests staying 3 or more consecutive weeks.

 

1. Booking Procedure
Once we have received written confirmation of a definite booking a Costings Summary will be issued via e-mail confirming the deposit payment required, total cost of the accommodation and payment deadline dates. The requested apartment will be placed on hold for 5 working days pending receipt of the deposit or full payment if applicable. Once the deposit/or full amount has been received (if 8 weeks or less before arrival date) Confirmation of Booking will be issued.

Holidays being booked more than 8 weeks before arrival date:

20% deposit immediately following receipt of Costings Summary with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Holidays being booked 8 weeks or less before arrival date:

Total cost of holiday immediately following receipt of Costings Summary.

 

2. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your holiday the amount due is as follows:

Up to 57 days prior to arrival date – 100% deposit
43-56 days – deposit plus 50% of balance payment
29-42 days – deposit plus 75% of balance payment
Arrival date – 28 days -100%

 

3. Security Deposit
On arrival we will take a refundable deposit (subject to damages). This can be paid as £200 or €200.

 

4. Arrival / Departure
The apartments will be available for guests from 4.00 – 7.00 p.m. If your arrival is going to be later, please let us know. On the date of departure, guests are asked to vacate their apartment by 10.00 a.m.

 

5. Prices
The total cost includes consumption of hot and cold water, electricity and gas, air-conditioning, Wifi and the provision of the both bed and bath linens (pool towels can be hired at a minimal cost). The prices do not include the security deposit payable on arrival, nor such services as heating, mid week cleaning and use of laundry facilities. These costs must be settled before departure.

 

6. Method of Payment
By bank transfer to either a UK sterling bank account or an Italian euro account.
