Note - Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.  However, mid-week arrivals and shorter stays will be considered depending on availability.

booking procedure
Upon receipt of the booking form, a Costings Summary will be issued via e-mail confirming the deposit payment required, total cost of the accommodation and payment deadline dates. The requested apartment will be placed on hold for 5 working days pending receipt of the deposit or full payment if applicable. Once the deposit/or full amount has been received (if 8 weeks or less before arrival date) Confirmation of Booking will be issued.

 Holidays being booked earlier than 8 weeks before arrival date

20% deposit immediately following confirmation of Costings Summary.
Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date (a reminder will be issued 10 weeks prior to arrival date).

 Holidays being booked 8 weeks or less prior to arrival date

Total cost of holiday immediately following confirmation of Costings Summary.
