We fell in love with Italy many years ago and finally bought Caserma Carina in 2003. We spent the next three years sympathetically restoring our half of this magnificent listed 19th century Italian country house. The unrestored part quietly sits unoccupied, contrasting wonderfully and adding that little bit of rustic Italy to our luxury apartments. Caserma Carina has been a labour of love and we enjoy sharing our home and wealth of local knowledge with our guests.

Set in a beautiful valley surrounded by a patchwork of rolling fields, olive trees and vines with amazing views of the Sibillini mountain range and Medieval hilltop towns, Caserma Carina is still only a 15 minute walk from the ancient town of Mogliano - perfect for strolling and people watching. Relaxing in our large, fully equipped apartments, guests can enjoy a private escape with stunning views from the apartments and the immaculately kept spacious landscaped gardens, terrace and private 12 x 6m pool.

- only an hour's drive from the local airport of Ancona and easily accessible from other major airports - Pescara, Rimini, Puglia, Rome and Bologna
- only a 15 minute walk from the ancient hilltop town of Mogliano, which has three restaurants, bars, banks, supermarket and many other shops as well as an open air market every Tuesday
- many local restaurants within a short drive offering traditional Marche cuisine
- 40 minutes from the beautiful Adriatic coast with its blue flag beaches and the stunning Monte Conero National Park
- 40 minutes from the spectacular Sibillini National Park
- 25 minutes from the beautiful and historic city of Macerata
- less than an hour from the ancient city of Ascoli Piceno with it's Romanesque architecture, medieval streets, noble patrician palaces, museums full of masterpieces of art and magnificent main square
- being centrally located, the whole of Le Marche is in fact easily accessible along with the neighbouring region of Umbria
